I was reading the cnn website at work the other day and I saw this thing about a shirt that sends hugs to another person wearing the same type of shirt... I told banzai about it who thought the whole concept was ridiculous... quelle surprise... then he says if I get the hugging shirt he wants the handjob underwear... needless to say the conversation deteriorated from there...

well I'm down for the count in round 5 and have to go for round 6 in a few weeks... at least it doesn't hurt as much this time...

well it's christmas day and was just about the deadest day I've had at work...

I won't go into all the swag I got for christmas other than to say banzai is the demon giver and a pocket drive and a nikon seriously add to my overall geekitude...

I turned on the tv when I got home to see this very odd looking man playing violin... they just did the allegro from winter... one of my all time fave pieces of music...

so it's christmas night... there's fab music and treats from a lovely lady I work with... all in all a good day..

hope everyone else is enjoying their day too...

ok... so here it is dec 22 and what's it doing outside? you guessed it... pouring down rain... wtf???

now I am here trying to get my tree going and I'm having garland angst... it's just not right....

played santa today... bought a whack load of toys for the local children's aid... highly recommended if you're looking for something to do other than find just the right pair of socks for someone...


I'm working christmas this year... christmas eve, christmas day and boxing day... it's good money and the guys had kid things so I volunteered... though working three 12 hour days in the pit by myself is not something to look forward to... I'm sure I'll get some goodies to keep me entertained between prayers to the telecommunications gods that there are no outages or alarms that I have to call someone out on...


now I have more wrapping to do before I fall asleep sitting up here...
